Assisting your business with the mundane jobs that always get pushed to the bottom of everyone’s priorities list
As a virtual assistant my focus is to provide small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs support to help create more time in their busy schedules, enabling them to focus on the more important aspects of their business.
I bring over 15years of experience to help you and your business grow. My previous roles have included receptionist, sales administrator, personal assistant and executive assistant to managers, directors and chairman.
Unless you’re superhuman, it’s highly unlikely your time is best spent doing mundane admin jobs, like document creation. Whether you’ve founded a start-up, are an owner, or a director of a small to medium business, your job is to grow that business. A virtual assistant can do your admin for you so you have the time to do what you do best.
Instead of hiring someone full-time to do small jobs, hire a virtual assistant to do it for you. You only pay for the work that needs to be done. You will also save on overhead cost and any related expense, including training costs. A virtual assistant will already be trained in the task assigned, saving you time and money.
Virtual assistant’s can let businesses focus on their core competencies by dealing with the non-core activities such as data entry, scheduling meetings, sending emails etc. Whilst these are necessary tasks, they’re not core tasks that need to be done by your employees. Another benefit is they give you the ability to outsource tasks quickly without having to go through an agency selection process.
